Gateway City Baseball Bash

Gateway City Baseball Bash

Due to the current pandemic, the 2020 Gateway City Baseball Bash has been canceled.  As we see it, the best case scenario puts people back on the field in June.  If that is the case, we want people to play in their own league.  We don’t think it is wise to encourage people to travel and gather so soon after such a situation.
We hope that everyone is taking care and being safe.  Hopefully, if all goes well, we will be playing ball again soon.

The Gateway City Baseball Bash is a newer Roy Hobbs event, and completed a successful second year in 2019. Now we are looking to 2020, securing this as an annual event over the Memorial Day holiday in the St. Louis, Missouri, area. It is scheduled for May 23-25, 2020.

The event is held in the scenic St. Louis area, with much to do and see in addition to plenty of baseball on quality fields and potential minor-league stadium usage which depends on those teams’ home schedules. And, of course, if the Cardinals are home, it would be a great opportunity to take advantage of an MLB game there.  It is primarily a 60+ Classics event, with the potential of a 45+ or 53+ divisions being offered.
